Noé is the Founder and Managing Partner of Crux Advisory, an impact-focused advisory firm based in Luxembourg that supports both local and international clients.

Crux Advisory’s mission is to help organizations navigate complex strategic challenges by refining strategy, strengthening leadership, and accelerating meaningful change.

Before launching Crux Advisory, Noé spent nearly a decade at McKinsey & Company across multiple offices (Brussels, Southeast Asia, and Luxembourg). He advised clients worldwide on both technical and human-related challenges, with a focus on strategy, risk, and large-scale transformations.

Noé holds a Master’s degree in Mathematics from ULB, is a certified mathematics teacher in Belgium, and completed the Algorithmic Trading Program at the University of Oxford. His quantitative expertise is complemented by strong people and leadership skills, developed through extensive consulting experience across diverse regions and cultures.

He is also an Emergency First Response Instructor and a PADI Open Water Scuba Instructor.

A Luxembourger by origin, Noé speaks English, French, German, and Luxembourgish.
